دوره همگانی «بودجه و جنسیت» بزودی آغاز می‌شود!

بودجه، پول و منابع عمومی چگونه می تواند بر برابری جنسیتی آثار مثبت یا منفی داشته باشد. در این درس با مفهوم بودجه پاسخگو به جنسیت gender responsive budgeting  برای دستیابی به برابری جنسیتی آشنا می شویم. بودجه پاسخگو به جنسیت به معنی تقسیم بودجه و  پول به دو بخش برای زنان و مردان نیست بلکه به این معنا است که منابع عمومی باید به شکل عادلانه توزیع شود تا فرصتهای برابر برای همه زنان و مردان ایجاد شود. در این درس با مفاهیم جریان سازی جنسیتی gender mainstreaming ابزار های عادلانه کردن بودجه در چرخه بودجه (تهیه پیش نویس بودجه، تصویب، اجرای و ممیزی و ارزیابی بودجه) و ارزشیابی جنسیتی مشارکتی Participatory Gender Audit شرکتها و موسسات آشنا می شوید. 

این دوره در تاریخ ۳۰ اکتبر آغاز می‌شود و برای کسانی که علاقمند به برابری جنسیتی هستند مفید و لازم است. 

انتشار کتاب سیاست جنسی کیت میلِت 

در رابطه با عنوان کتاب، میلت توضیح می‌دهد که برای بسیاری دشوار است که «رابطه بین دو جنس» را «تحت هر شرایطی از منظر سیاسی» ببینند، با این حال، او اصطلاح «سیاست» را به عنوان اشاره به «قدرت» تعریف می‌کند. روابط ساختاریافته، ترتیباتی که به موجب آن گروهی از افراد توسط گروهی دیگر کنترل می‌شود، و پدرسالاری یکی از این موارد است. او بیان می‌کند که «وضعیت بین جنس‌ها» موقعیتی از «تسلط و تبعیت» است که از هوشمندانه‌ترین شکل «استعمار داخلی» به دست آمده است، به این معنی که زنان اغلب نمی‌توانند ببینند که تحت ستم قرار می‌گیرند، زیرا کاملاً نسبت به آن فرهنگ‌پذیر هستند. ظلم و ستم حتا ممکن است از منافع مردانی که صاحب آن‌ها هستند دفاع کند. او استدلال می‌کند که «سلطه جنسی» «شاید فراگیرترین ایدئولوژی فرهنگ ما باشد و بنیادی‌‌‌‌‌ترین مفهوم از قدرت را ارائه دهد».

Gender and Budgeting: A New Approach 📊

Our upcoming MOOC course is about the implications of public budgets on gender equality.
