Political obstruction, poverty, and inequality have deprived people of the possibility of a decent life in the shadow of social justice. In this situation, can promotion be a democratic collective method to create sustainable and just changes in society? If "promoting" is just a set of tools that does not have the ability to accompany and create a foundation for establishing social justice, what theoretical and practical challenges does it face? And basically, what does it have to do with politics in our society today?In the educational course "Social Organization and Promotion: Theoretical Foundations and Tools" we try to answer these questions. This course, beyond the discussion about techniques and skills, tries to emphasize the "social organization" approach while distinguishing between activism, movement building, and promotion. This is because it is considered that promotion is related to creating consensus, paying attention to others, increasing participation, building social links, and strengthening the middle groups of society.After this course, the training course "Making Money Effective" will be presented, which discusses the subject of citizen participation in the budget process.
