- What is the so-called “combating the influence of spy services, governments and foreign institutions” plan, what are the reasons for it, and what consequences can its approval and implementation have for the society?
- Where does one draw the line between dealing with espionage and infiltration on the one hand, and securing normal scientific, media, cultural and civil activities on the other hand?
- What options does society have against the possible approval and implementation of such a plan, and what is the place of protest, civil resistance and non-violent defiance among these options?
- Can different groups of society – academics, journalists, writers, artists, lawyers, civil activists and other citizens – be connected and aligned around the defense of certain rights and freedoms, without their views and political goals becoming the same?
- How can social resistance be prevented from losing its opportunities to build sustainable social capacity through fragmentation, exhaustion, violence or the rush to turn it into “big politics”?
- If we also see this confrontation as an opportunity to strengthen the “power of society,” what should remain during and after it? How can the “social balance sheet” of this resistance be observed, documented, and evaluated?
