The second international conference on contemporary Iranian studies was held at the International Institute of Social Studies in The Hague, Netherlands, on Friday, August 26. This conference’s inaugural speaker was Raha Bahreini, a member of the Board of Trustees of Iran Academia. She began her remarks by noting the synchronicity between the tenth anniversary of Iran Academia’s founding and the conference. She then quickly reviewed the ten years of Iran Academia’s activities and wished the attendees a successful conference.
A speech from the series of presentations and panels of the International Conference on Contemporary Iranian Studies (ICCI) will be made available on the Iran Academia website every day.
