The Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities (Iran Academia University), founded by citizens in 2012, was established in response to the need for the right to education, academic freedom, and the independence of the university institution in the field of social sciences and humanities in Iran.
Based in the Netherlands, Iran Academia benefits from an extensive global network of faculty, staff, and volunteers. Iran Academia aims to foster critical thinking and provide free access to uncensored, high-quality knowledge.
