When is the abstract/summary submission due?
You can send us the abstract of your speech and presentation by March 1st. This abstract will be reviewed by the secretariat, and if accepted, you will have enough time to write a more complete version of the speech and present it.
Do we have to present a full scientific article after the summary/abstract is approved?
No. Following the abstract/summary approval, you need to send the text of your presentation or speech at the conference. This is a methodical text, with research and scientific value and completely related to your accepted abstract. The ideal presentation timing is fifteen to eighteen minutes. Your text should be complete, edited, and final, and you will present the same at the conference.
Why do the texts of all speeches/presentations have to be provided beforehand?
The reason for sending the full text of the presentation is to ensure the degree of scientific and methodological credibility of the work and to improve the theoretical and research quality of the conference.
Furthermore, it is to facilitate simultaneous translation of your presentation. The conference will be translated into two languages simultaneously. Translators must have access to the final text of the presentation and speech so that the translation can be done in the best possible manner.
Are all speeches/presentations published in the special Conference journal?
If you do not wish to have your presentation published in the journal, you can select the option I do not wish to publish during the registering of your presentation.
Does the Conference cover the travel and accomadation expenses?
No. The conference is generally organized through the voluntary efforts and with the material and spiritual support of friends and companions of Iran Academia.
Participation and entrance to the conference is completely free, and the conference cannot provide services for your travel or accommodation expenses.
Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of each participant.
Can the Conference send an invitation to me so I can use to obtain a visa?
If your abstract/summary is accepted, upon request, you can receive a letter of acceptance to the conference and an invitation to it. You can use this letter to facilitate your visa process.
