Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive strategic analysis of the “Women, Life, Freedom” uprising in Iran, also known as the “Mahsa Uprising.” This movement began following the tragic murder of Mahsa Amini by the Morality Police’s patrol unit in Tehran, turning into a focal point for collective power and revealing fundamental changes in the mindset of Iranian society, particularly highlighting the central role of women. This analysis employs the theoretical framework of the movement society and examines the historical background of the women’s movement in Iran, as well as the transformative nature of the Mahsa uprising on societal understanding. It assesses strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and offers insights on its impact on Iranian society.
