Behnam Daraeizadeh is an Iranian-Canadian freelance journalist based in Toronto. He has earned a Master’s Degree in International Human Rights law and also worked as a human rights lawyer in Iran. He has been working as a journalist and human rights researcher. His works have been mostly focused on social and human rights issues, including the death penalty, economic and social rights, and LGBT rights in Iran.
