This article is a translation of the second part of the fifth chapter of Mehrdad Wahhabi’s book entitled “Anfal and Islamic Economics”, which was published in English in 2023, and its reference source is as follows:

Naturally, some concepts presented in this section have been explained in the previous chapters of the book. For example, the concept of “destructive coordination” are described and explained in detail in the second and third chapters, and the concept of “political capitalism” in the fourth chapter. Those who are interested can refer to those chapters and we hope that in the future, the problem of following the concepts in different chapters will be resolved by translating the entire book into Farsi.
In the following, firstly, will be the title of the fifth chapter, and the list of its ten parts. Subsequently, you will see the translation of the last four parts. Of course, this is the second part of the translation of the fifth chapter. Iran Academia will publish a complete version of this translation in the near future.
